Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and her husband, Indianapolis Colts safety Jonathan Owens, have listed their Spring home for sale at $1.275 million.

The four-bedroom house at 3932 Windsor Mist Lane sits on just over an acre in Castle Court at Benders Landing Estates, the gated section of the community off Rayford Road. Realtor Melissa Franklin of RE/MAX Integrity confirmed the listing to the Houston Business Journal.

The asking price is slightly above the home's appraised value of $1.2 million, according to the Montgomery County Appraisal District.

Built in 2019, the property spans 3,998 square feet with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a three-car garage that includes an extra-tall bay for larger trucks or a boat. The listing notes the property has no rear neighbors.

Biles, 29, and Owens, 31, used the Benders Landing house as a temporary base starting in 2022 while their custom lakefront mansion was under construction, Realtor.com first reported. Construction on that home wrapped up around November 2025, according to the report. The couple moved in by February 2026 after packing up from Chicago following the end of the Bears' season.

Biles is listed on the deed alongside a family member named Nellie. A seven-time Olympic gold medalist and 11-time medalist overall, Biles has called Spring home since she was three years old, according to the Chronicle.

The listing describes a waterfall island kitchen with quartz counters and a hidden pantry, a custom wine wall with fridge, two master bedrooms, a media room and a study. A mudroom includes a dedicated dog-washing and feeding station, and large sliding glass doors connect the family room to a pool the listing calls "resort-style," equipped with a heater and chiller.

Owens signed a one-year deal with the Colts in March 2026. Biles told People magazine she plans to move to Indianapolis later in the year while keeping the couple's lakefront mansion outside Houston.

"It doesn't matter, as long as he's safe and healthy and he's having fun, then I don't care," Biles told People.

The listing is active through RE/MAX Integrity. Biles and Owens have not announced an open house date.
