Fusion Pot & Grill opened in May at North Golden Sun Plaza on FM 1960, bringing all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue, hot pot and sushi to the Spring area.
The restaurant, at 3645 FM 1960 Rd W, Unit 110, lets diners grill beef, lamb, pork, chicken and seafood at the table. Nine hot pot broths, a full sushi menu with sashimi and specialty rolls, dessert and non-alcoholic beverages are included in one flat price, Community Impact Newspaper reported Friday, Aug. 28.
Adult lunch is $23.99 Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dinner is $36.99 and adds premium cuts and evening-only nigiri. Weeknight dinner runs 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 4:30 to 10:30 p.m. on Fridays. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are $36.99 all day, 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., according to the restaurant's website. Alcohol is priced separately.
Children ages 4 to 6 pay $9.99 at lunch and $12.99 at dinner. Children ages 7 to 10 pay $12.99 at lunch and $16.99 at dinner.
Parties of six or more are charged 18% gratuity. A two-hour dine-in limit applies, and a $13.99-per-pound surcharge covers food waste.
