Tee Box, a golf simulator franchise, holds its grand opening Saturday, Aug. 29, at 25903 Elmfield Drive in Spring's Augusta Pines area south of Creekside Park.

The event runs from 3 to 6 p.m. and features contests, giveaways, food and drinks, according to the business's Facebook page. Prizes include a Callaway Quantum Max Driver, a Quantum Max Fairway Wood, an Opus SP+ Wedge, an Odyssey Putter and a TurtleBox Speaker.

Owners Colton and Camron Sanford launched a soft opening Aug. 17 at the Suite 400 location, Community Impact reported. Community Impact described the business as a golf simulator and entertainment facility.

The Spring location features TrackMan golf simulators, a putting green, a golf-specific gym, adult leagues and club fittings, according to the company's website. PGA-certified coaches the brand calls "Box Pros" staff the facility.

The franchise positions itself as distinct from entertainment-only indoor golf venues by emphasizing player development and conditioning, The Coast News reported in a story about a separate Tee Box location in California. Joe Alustiza, who owns that San Marcos franchise, told the outlet Aug. 25 that the concept takes "a holistic approach to golf performance."

Tee Box was established in 2021 and began franchising in 2024, according to franchise database IFPG. The brand offers a veteran discount.

A "Founding Member" discount is available for those who sign up before or at the grand opening. The promotion locks in a reduced membership rate for the life of the membership, according to the business's social media posts.
