Hashtag India, an Indian restaurant chain with more than 19 locations across the U.S., soft-opened its Spring location Thursday, Sept. 10, at 1614 Louetta Rd., Suite A, Spring, TX 77388.

The restaurant serves mandis, biryanis, Indo-Chinese dishes, breakfast items and desserts, according to the chain's website. Signature dishes listed on the site include Juicy Chicken Mandi, Goat Dum Biryani, Ghee Karam Idly, Jalapeño Chicken, Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Mandhakani Curry.

Community Impact Newspaper first reported the opening Friday, Sept. 11, citing an Instagram post from the business.

The Spring spot is the chain's second Houston-area location. Hashtag India also operates at 5727 Westheimer Rd. in Houston, along with locations in McKinney and Aubrey in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, according to the chain's website. An Instagram post from the chain states it is "serving communities across the USA with 19+ locations."

Food blogger Dr. Khushboo Jaiswal posted a review on Instagram on Friday, Sept. 11, after visiting the new location. Jaiswal called the food "top-notch," writing that the quality of the ingredients stood out and the hospitality was "simply exceptional."

Orders are available for delivery or pickup. The restaurant also offers catering for delivery or on-site setup, according to Community Impact.

The chain runs a loyalty program called Hashtag Bites Club. Members earn 10 points per $1 spent and can redeem points for free dishes, according to the website. New members receive $10 off a first order with a minimum $30 purchase.
