PNC Bank will build a $1.5 million branch at 3208 Riley Fuzzel Road in Spring, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
Construction on the new ground-up branch is scheduled to start Feb. 3, 2027, in Montgomery County, with a completion target of Sept. 1, 2027, the TDLR filing shows. The project is listed as registered.
The branch will occupy 2,969 square feet. The project is privately funded on private land.
Community Impact Newspaper reported the new location Oct. 30.
The property owner is listed as BCS Birnham Woods LLC. Charles Pantangco is listed as the tenant contact in the filing. RS&H, Inc. is handling the design.
The new branch will sit on a corridor that already includes a Kroger Marketplace at 3731 Riley Fuzzel Road.
PNC Bank is headquartered in Pittsburgh. In February 2024, the bank announced an approximately $1 billion plan to open more than 100 new locations nationwide and renovate more than 1,200 existing branches through 2028, Bankers Digest reported at the time. That announcement included plans for additional Houston-area branches.
