Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and her husband, Indianapolis Colts safety Jonathan Owens, have sold their Spring home for between $1.08 million and $1.24 million.

The sale of the four-bedroom house at 3932 Windsor Mist Lane closed Oct. 15, the Houston Business Journal reported via KHOU, citing Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) records. HAR does not disclose specific selling prices.

The property went under contract Sept. 26, five days after the listing went live, according to listing agent Melissa Franklin with Re/Max Integrity. Biles had listed the 3,998-square-foot home at $1.275 million, slightly above its appraised value of $1.2 million, according to the Montgomery Central Appraisal District.

The house sits on just over one acre in the gated Castle Court section of Benders Landing Estates off Rayford Road. It includes 3.5 bathrooms, a resort-style pool, a sauna, a whole-home generator and an oversized three-car garage, according to the HAR listing.

Biles owned the home for six years, the Houston Business Journal reported in September when the listing first appeared. The couple moved to a custom Spring-area home before putting the Windsor Mist Lane property on the market, according to the Business Journal.

Franklin did not disclose the seller's identity, the Business Journal reported. The listing price of $1.275 million exceeded the top of the reported sale range.

Biles, an 11-time Olympic medalist, has been affiliated with World Champions Centre in Spring. Owens signed with the Colts as a free agent in March.

The five-day contract timeline outpaced the broader Benders Landing market, where the median days on market stood at 27 in October, according to local real estate agent Andres Eduardo De Piña. The neighborhood's median sale price reached $1,307,500, up 2% from the prior year, De Piña said in an October market update posted to Instagram.
