A new fine-dining restaurant is coming to Gosling Road in August as the Spring Country Club rolls out a sweeping renovation of its 55-acre property.
Founder Daniel Gómez Bilbao said the club aims to become a full-service community destination rather than a traditional sports-only facility. The signature restaurant, which will overlook the club's golf course, is set to open in August, according to Community Impact, which first reported the plans on Aug. 6.
"Sports may bring people here, but community is what makes them belong," Gómez Bilbao said in the announcement.
The renovation touches nearly every corner of the property. The nine-hole golf course has received a new irrigation system, redesigned holes and ongoing green improvements. A covered driving range equipped with TrackMan launch monitors is already in place, along with an enhanced 18-hole disc golf course.
Nine covered, climate-controlled padel courts now feature MejorSet's official Premier Padel court model, the same equipment used in elite international tournaments. MejorSet is the official court supplier for Premier Padel and the International Padel Federation, with installations in more than 70 countries. Covered pickleball courts with a dedicated pro shop round out the racquet sports offerings.
The fitness center features Technogym equipment including the company's new Sand Stone Collection, which the club says is one of the first U.S. installations of the line. Technogym unveiled the Sand Stone Collection at the HFA show in San Diego in March. Dedicated studios for yoga, Pilates and indoor cycling sit alongside the main gym floor.
Once all phases are complete, the club will also offer indoor and outdoor pools, a full-service spa and wellness retreat, social lounges and dedicated family and children's spaces.
The club's website at springcountryclub.com displayed a "coming soon" page with an email signup form as of Aug. 7. No membership pricing or specific opening date beyond August has been announced. Residents interested in updates can sign up there.
