Westfield volleyball leads District 14-6A at 4-0

Westfield's volleyball team leads District 14-6A with a 4-0 record after winning every district match this season by at least 3-1.

Spring ISD celebrated the streak on social media Sept. 22, noting the Mustangs remain undefeated in district play. The team's overall record stands at 14-7, according to MaxPreps.

The Mustangs opened district play with 3-0 sweeps of Eisenhower on Sept. 8 and Spring on Sept. 11. They followed with 3-1 wins over Nimitz on Sept. 15 and Aldine Davis on Sept. 18.

Westfield was scheduled to host Aldine High School on Tuesday, Sept. 22. No result had been posted as of Wednesday, Sept. 23.

The Mustangs travel to Dekaney on Friday, Sept. 25, then host MacArthur on Tuesday, Sept. 29. All district matches start at 5:30 p.m.
