A new spin studio opened Saturday, Sept. 26, at 602 Rayford Road in Spring, filling the last vacant space in the strip center at the Rayford Road and Richards Road intersection.

Green Pulse Spinning offers indoor cycling classes built around music, movement and group energy, according to the studio's website. The company describes its sessions as low-impact training meant to build strength, improve coordination and boost mood.

Director Jamese Morgan told Community Impact Newspaper the studio aims to be a welcoming space for riders of every background and fitness level.

"Inclusion is extremely important to us — we want people of all backgrounds, races, genders and fitness levels to feel like they have a place here," Morgan told Community Impact.

Morgan also said the team wants every class to feel energetic, fun and encouraging while building a real sense of community. She said the studio has already received a warm welcome from the Spring area.

The Spring location occupies an endcap unit. With the lease signed, 602 Rayford Road is now fully leased, according to a Foldetta Commercial announcement. Terrie Smith and Jeff Swearingen of Foldetta Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.

Green Pulse Spinning was founded in 2026, according to business records. The company also operates a location in Lehigh Acres, Florida. No source specifies which studio opened first.

The studio is open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The studio lists no Sunday hours.

Riders looking for class schedules and pricing can check the studio's website at greenpulsespinning.com. The Spring location sits at the busy Rayford Road and Richards Road corner, where the fully leased strip center now has no remaining vacancies.
