JETSET Pilates will open a 16-reformer studio at Vintage Park on Oct. 5, adding a group fitness option to the Spring retail corridor.

Managing partner Jessica Denton told Community Impact Newspaper the franchise plans to soft open at 122 Vintage Park Blvd., Ste. G, with a grand opening set for Oct. 24. The studio will include a separate room for private sessions alongside its group reformer classes.

Classes run 50 minutes and follow a continuous-flow format set to DJ-curated, high-energy music, Denton said. Early, midday and late time slots will be available.

Most sessions target the whole body, though some classes focus on upper or lower body work.

"Everybody is welcome. Our instructors will help those that are new to Pilates to modify the routine and help those that want a challenge to amplify the routine," Denton said.

The brand was founded in 2010 and began franchising in 2022, according to the International Franchise Association. JETSET opened 24 new studios in 2025 and had more than 270 locations open or in development as of early 2026.

The Vintage Park location would be one of five Houston-area studios listed as in development on the company's franchise page. Each franchise location requires an estimated initial investment between $525,540 and $749,575, and studios typically occupy 1,500 to 2,500 square feet, according to that page.
