Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable Ryan Gable's office is asking Spring-area residents to help locate a 20-year-old man wanted on new child pornography charges who investigators say regularly travels the Cypresswood and Louetta corridors.
Noel Dwayne Walker now faces two additional counts of Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography, according to a wanted notice the constable's office published Tuesday, Aug. 18. The new charges involve material depicting the sexual assault of children younger than 10.
The charges stem from a deeper forensic examination of electronic devices seized when Pct. 3's Internet Crimes Against Children unit executed a search warrant at Walker's residence in The Woodlands in July. Walker was arrested at the home and initially charged with five counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Promotion or Possession of a Child-Like Sex Doll. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail. He later posted bond.
Detectives say Walker "has been known to frequent" the Cypresswood and Louetta areas of north Harris County. Investigators say he has been seen driving two vehicles:
- A 2024 black Ford pickup, Texas plate VRF-4301
- A 2012 silver Jeep SUV, Texas plate RDG-3810
Walker is described as a Black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds.
The constable's office posted the wanted notice to its official Facebook page the same day. Pct. 3 is a Montgomery County agency, but the public warning is directed at north Harris County residents because of Walker's reported presence in the Spring area.
Do not approach him.
Anyone with information about Walker's whereabouts should call the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable's Office at 281-364-4211, ask for a detective and reference case number 26E025081.
