Deputies took a man into custody Wednesday, Aug. 12, after he assaulted an elderly store owner at the Chevron gas station in the 200 block of Cypresswood Drive in Spring.
Harris County Constable Precinct 4, led by Constable Mark Herman, confirmed the arrest on X on Aug. 12, describing the incident as a disturbance at the gas station that escalated into an assault on the store's owner.
The constable's office did not release the suspect's name, the victim's identity or condition, or specify what charges the man may face. The suspect was described only as an adult male.
