A new shipping and printing shop is open in the Rayford Harmony shopping center, giving Spring residents and small-business owners a one-stop location for package drop-offs, professional printing, notary services and graphic design.

PostNet Spring, at 3555 Rayford Rd., Suite 40, held a soft opening in early August and is now serving customers, according to Community Impact Newspaper. The franchise is owned and operated by Ron and Wendy Tish and their two sons, Peyton and Jordan.

Peyton Tish serves as general manager.

Ron Tish brings more than 35 years of experience in information technology, supply chain management, warehouse operations and logistics. Wendy Tish has more than 30 years across financial services, social work, interior design and escrow services. Both sons have previous logistics experience.

"We wanted to build something our family could grow together while continuing to serve people through the skills we've developed over the years," Ron Tish said in a company news release. "PostNet gives us the opportunity to combine our logistics experience with business services that help local companies succeed."

The store ships through all major carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. Beyond shipping, the location offers mailboxes with a physical street address, virtual mailboxes, passport photos and shredding services.

The Tish family said they also plan to support local schools, first responders and other community organizations through volunteer work and sponsorships.

A grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony with the East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is tentatively planned for Wednesday, Sept. 9. The store can be reached at (832) 769-4282.
